Following the Opening Inaugural Keynote of the European M-Enabling Forum, this panel will review the considerable impact that enabling technologies innovations have on independent living. Users will share their real-world experiences with powerful stories of how technology has changed their lives. Industry leaders will review how the accessibility features of mobile devices and mobile operating systems offer unprecedented opportunities for app developers and service providers to address the needs of persons with disabilities and the elderly, their care givers. The panel will also discuss how accessible devices, contents and services benefit the entire marketplace and why they are becoming an important competitive advantage for corporations.
