Scaling up the Accessibility of Information and Communication Technologies in Government

The Government Track at the 2016 M-Enabling Summit, developed in cooperation with Section 508 experts, is designed for government executives responsible for the planning, acquisition and deployment of accessible information and communication technologies. Sessions will provide an opportunity to learn about methods leveraging Accessibility for Agile Development,success factors in implementing accessibility across large organizations and to discuss the implications of the latest international developments in ICT accessibility policies and standards for public procurement. Participants will include representatives of national procurement agencies and other government entities involved in promoting ICT accessibility, IT Industry executives and leaders of organizations of seniors and persons with disabilities.
